Get Shipment Tracking Status

The trigger to auto-track shipments with TrackShip is changing the order status from Processing to Shipped (Completed).

TrackShip will not track orders in your store that were set to Shipped (Completed) before you connected your store.

you can bulk “get shipment tracking” for orders that were not sent to TrackShip from the last 30 days

Go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > TrackShip and on the “get Shipment Tracking” panel you will get the option to bulk get shipment tracking for these orders:

Another option is to mark these orders and from the bulk actions menu, choose the Get Shipment Status option or on a single order you can do it from the Order Actions menu.
