TrackShip Settings on WooCommerce

After you connect your store to TrackShip, you can set up TrackShip on your Store, go to TrackShip settings (WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > TrackShip). Your dashboard will display the connection status, your current balance and subscription plan status.

General Settings.

  • Enable/Disable TrackShip integration
  • Set order status delivered when shipment status is delivered –  you can automate your order management flow and set to change the order status to Delivered once the order is delivered to your customers.

Shipment Tracking Page

You can direct your customers to a detailed tracking page on your store instead of directing them to the shipping providers websites. 

Tracking Page – the shipment tracking page is created  by the AST plugin and selected by default with the shortcode:

[wcast-track-order]

If you select a different page than the default as your shipment tracking page, make sure you added the shortcode to the selected page content.

Please note – if you use a tracking page, AST adds a unique order key when generating the tracking link and the tracking info will display only if the customer clicked the link from the order email, if a customer gets to the tracking page without the order key in the URL, they will be required to enter their email and order id to view the tracking details. admins get the same link in the order admin.

You can customize the tracking page theme and select the main color, border and if to display the tracking events. After you complete your settings, you can preview example of the tracking page.

Show custom order number in tracking page

If you are using custom order number plugin then please this filter to show custom order number in tracking page.

Shipment Status Email Notifications

Enable the automated shipment status emails to notify your customers on shipment status updates:

In Transit, Return To Sender, Available for Pickup, Out for Delivery, Failed Attempt, Delivered.

Customize the Shipment Status Emails

Fully customize the Shipment status emails:

  • Option to remove default WooCommerce email sections: Tracking info, order details, Shipping and Billing Address.
  • Customize email subject, headers and content. Use WooCommerce default variables and custom customer Shipment Status and Est. Delivery Date.

Single Order admin

Once you enabled, add shipment tracking info to your orders, change the order status to “Shipped” (completed) and seat back and relax! From this point, TrackShip will proactively update your WooCommerce order with shipment tracking status until the package is delivered to your customers.
